Rita's first team of evil rangers in an attempt to ruin their image.

Rita angered by repeated loses deceided to let Twin Man take a team of Putties to Earth and ruin the reputation the Power Rangers. After a prank the teens are sent to detention while the evil rangers attack Angel Grove. The teens manage to escape detention and go to fight them. While initially being able to hold the back all the putties but Twin Man tries to kill them. In the end the Power Blaster finishes him off.
